If you are not completely satisfied with the items on your order, you may return them within 90 days of delivery.
Returns must be in new, unwashed, and in resellable condition with all original manufacturers’ tags still attached to receive a full refund. Please be considerate and remember that if nothing is defective about the item, it will be resold to another customer. For flawless returns, here are some things to remember:
- Remove all personal belongings. This includes: jewelry, tissues, lip gloss/ nail polish/ makeup, name tags, writing utensils, chewing tobacco/ cigarettes, returns to other businesses, small animals or children, etc.
- Use a lint roller on items containing dust or pet hair.
- Include your order information in the package. If we do not know who the package belongs to, it will sit in the corner and not be processed.
- The backside of your packing slip; fill it out. Include what your would like done with the order. (Return or exchange?)
- Make sure the package is securely closed/ sealed. Dungarees will not take responsibility for returned orders damaged due to insufficient packaging. *Standard scotch tape may not be the best choice.
- Do not wear clothing to work in (whether the tags are still on or not) if you are considering a return.
- Test footwear indoors. We will not accept returned boots and footwear showing signs of wear or dirt.
- Anticipate return shipping costs. Return orders that are sent back using the Dungarees return label will be charged $5.95 for shipping. This does not apply to customers that have chosen not to use our return label.
- Keep a copy of your return tracking information. If a package is lost by the shipping company, there is no way to retrieve it without the tracking info. It is the customers responsibility to keep track of this information, Dungarees does not keep a copy of return labels.
Items returned to Dungarees that do not meet the above requirements may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
The return of defective, mislabeled, or incorrect items must be authorized by a customer service representative, and be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. Instructions, shipping labels, and replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure quality service and satisfaction.

Exchanges
ALL previously listed conditions for returns also apply to exchanges. Items returned to Dungarees that do not meet the above requirements may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
Exchange shipping charges (the same as regular orders)
- if the value of the items being sent back to you for the exchange is over $55, the shipping is free
- if the value is less than $55, there is a $5.95 shipping charge.

How to Return/ Exchange an Item:
Include and fill out the back-side of the white packing slip that you received with your shipment.
If you have misplaced the packing slip, click here for a return form. In this case, you must include your name and phone number, as well as your order number and/or order date.
Your package must be shipped via prepaid freight, and Dungarees recommends that you purchase insurance for your shipment. Return and Exchange shipping charges are at your expense.
We will make every effort to speed your exchange or refund and contact you if there are any questions or problems. Please remember, returns are processed in the order in which they are received. During the busy holiday season, the number of returns and exchanges increases tenfold, occasionally causing delay.
